How it works
Curious about the show's format? Dive into the mechanics of 'one pop, one decision' and how our contestants find love.
1. Apply
Complete the online application and tell us about yourself. If selected, our casting team will contact you with the next steps.
2. Get Cast
Selected contestants will receive an invitation to appear on Pop or Pass and will be given all the details about the filming date, location, and show guidelines.
3. Meet the Singles
On the day of filming, you’ll meet a group of eligible singles, each holding a balloon.
4. Ask Questions
Get to know each other through fun and engaging questions. As the conversation unfolds, participants decide whether they want to stay in the game.
5. Pop or Pass
If someone isn’t interested, they pop their balloon and step out. If they keep their balloon, they’re still interested in getting to know you.
6. Make Your Match
At the end of the round, the remaining contestants have the opportunity to connect, and the featured participant chooses who they’d like to continue getting to know.
